I randomly found him on google , while searching Kashmir travel agents , was very skeptical whether, he would understand our needs n requirement s But, this was par excellence, Mr Junaids hotel suggestions and taxi man given by him all were excellent . He was very prompt to my queries and was very helpful! Thank you once again and pls consider him while planning your trips ! U won’t repent !!

The main drawback is this irresponsible, immature, insanely screaming lady at the helm of affairs.Issue- We were taken to Sonamarg as a part of the fixture.The driver vehemently insisted that we should see Zeropoint and put is in a sumo taxi for 10k.We had to travel 30 kms on a bad ghat road for 2.5 hours as a military tanker was moved to china border and all traffic came to standstill. We spent 20 mins at Zero point and started back to Sonamarg and took 3.5 hours to reach and we reached by 9.30 pm. The taxi stand was just outside Hotel Vistara and we had two small kids and decided to have dinner and proceed back to Srinagar which is another 2 hours.The driver was very furious inspite of taking commission from the union taxi driver (a cut from 10k ) d commission from Hotel Vistara too . This driver was against us taking dinner from vistara, but we insisted as we were exhausted and hungry and he was very abusive and he even later commented to his friend over phone(thinking that we don't understand his language) as Zabardast dinner. But still he took the commission.If he was straightforward, this dumbo should have informed us it may be late and we wouldn't have gone to Zero point. It was because of this dumbo we proceeded to Zero point. If he was really angry that it got late then why did he pocket the commission from Hotel Vistara? Shameless fellow.Wherever thus driver stopped , he insisted that we do some shopping, eating and took a commission.This lady(booking agent ) didn't understand what happened as it was clearly evident she was too inexperienced for this job.She was screaming and accusing us that we were late and not punctual. We were forced onto the trip to Zero point and what can we do if we are stuck in traffic. We were happy to spend time in Sonamarg and return. But this driver was adamant that we go (as he may miss the commission)They don't even have a proper office, they operate from their house(over the call I could only hear kids screaming)Incase of any emergency we wouldn't have been able to get any real help as they didn't seem to be proper travel agents. They didn't even turn up to get the money instead they asked us to handover the money to the hotel reception.Luckily this horrible driver(fraud) got changed and Mr.Zaffar came as a driver to our pahalgam trip. He was a well mannered, decent person not like the first fellow.Overall plan was good but execution and behaviour of that horrible lady was awful.

Nice trip arranged by Book my Kashmir Trip. Enjoyed each day with cherished moments. The Boat house, Decent Hotels with good food and travel arrangements are all very impressive.
